We can provide support remotely or on-location, depending on the nature of the requirement. And while contract clients automatically take priority, we will always do our best to respond to your requirements as swiftly as possible within a PAYG arrangement, simply because you matter to us.
We don’t require any pre-purchase of time for ad-hoc work; we simply charge for the time involved in meeting your needs. We have a transparent pricing model, charging for time spent at £18.75 per 15-minute block remotely and £75 per hour on site, plus mileage for on-site visits. For more complex issues, we guarantee to find a resolution within an agreed cap on billable hours.
During all work carried out, we maintain full communication and timely progress updates within our comprehensive ticketing system, never leaving you in the dark.
We provide IT support from the first line upwards, and can act as members of your own in-house team when required. We maintain servers, both hosted and virtual, and also take care of workstations, laptops, networking hardware including hardware troubleshooting and software cover.
We support with project management when required, including network and infrastructure, and also oversee remote monitoring and alert management to proactively anticipate issues that arise.
