We’ve partnered with cybersecurity firm KnowBe4 to offer businesses across Northern Ireland cybersecurity awareness training. The rise in demand for this remote based training comes after the PSNI issued a warning to businesses due to the surge in cybercrime during the global pandemic.
The warning urged businesses to be extra wary of any unusual communications. However, these intelligent attacks mean the communication may look completely normal.
Phishing email attacks are the most popular and effective way hackers can gain access to your business data. It's been reported that during Q1 2020 phishing email attacks rose by 600%.
The consequences of these attacks are vast. Ransomware is just one of these consequences; this results in malicious software installing on to your laptop or computer, it will then inform you that your data has been detained and a ransom payment must be made. The average ransom cost for a business to get their data back is £137,000.
These attacks are becoming harder to spot but with the security awareness training we offer, you and your employees will become more aware and equipped to spot these phishing emails.
86% of SMB's reported that cybersecurity will be a priority for their organisation in the next 12 months, with 38% saying it’s their top priority. Is it a priority for your business?
Our initial testing will assess the phish-prone percentage of your users through a simulated phishing attack. These initial tests include 3 different tiers: Baseline, Intermediate and Advanced.
We will conduct automated cybersecurity training with scheduled reminder emails – we’ll monitor who has completed the training. We also have access to the world's largest library of cybersecurity awareness training content; including scam of the week emails to raise awareness of current threats.
We will test your users by sending tailored, company-specific mock phishing emails to your organisation. The objective being for your employees to question these emails and to use the knowledge they have learned from their assigned training. We'll be monitoring who fails this test and offer re-training based on this.
We’ll update you quarterly on the results of our testing and training and also discuss what your ongoing objectives are. This includes comparing your results to the industry average and presenting ongoing improvements made by your employees.
